We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We have an additional return policy around the Christmas holidays that run between the dates of Dec 15th - 25th 2023.
Our return date on merchandise will be no later than Mar 1st 2024
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package by mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Product Conditions - Both new and used products will and can be returned, we will provide the shipping label for you to download and send back to us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send out another package with the sizing you want.
Restocking fee - No fee to you, we will cover the cost on our end.
Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Customer remorse - No cost to you, we will cover the cost on our end, with shipping label. if the product doesn't fit or you accidentally order the wrong size, or the item is defective in any way, we will cover the cost for you, to either send you a replacement, or give you a full refund.
